Vardenafil 20mg Tablets

Erectile dysfunction (PDE5 inhibitors) and, for dapoxetine, premature ejaculation; tadalafil is also used in pulmonary arterial hypertension and benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Oral with water; PDE5 inhibitors may be taken with or without food (high-fat meals delay onset). Dapoxetine is taken 1–3 hours before anticipated intercourse.

Tadalafil 10–20 mg as needed (max once daily) or 2.5–5 mg once daily; vardenafil 10 mg as needed (up to 20 mg); dapoxetine 30 mg, increased to a maximum of 60 mg per 24 hours. Reduce dose in renal/hepatic impairment and in the elderly.

Absolutely contraindicated with nitrates/nitric-oxide donors and in severe cardiovascular disease/unstable angina — risk of profound hypotension. Caution with alpha-blockers, antihypertensives and CYP3A4 inhibitors. Advise seeking urgent care for priapism or sudden visual/hearing loss.
