🎯Indications▾

Acute pain and fever, and antiplatelet therapy in acute coronary syndrome or suspected myocardial infarction where rapid action is required.

💧Administration▾

Intravenous or intramuscular injection of the reconstituted solution; oral aspirin for stable antiplatelet therapy.

⚖️Dosage▾

Acute myocardial infarction: 150–300 mg aspirin (chewed or soluble) or equivalent IV lysine acetylsalicylate loading dose, then 75–100 mg daily. Analgesic dosing as per the product insert.

⚠️Precautions & Warnings▾

Avoid in aspirin-sensitive asthma, active peptic ulcer, bleeding disorders, severe renal/hepatic impairment and late pregnancy. Risk of GI bleeding and bronchospasm — verify allergy history before administration.
